English language learning sites - Current situation

Many people have websites set up to help learners of the English language. They have spent a lot of time setting up the pages, and creating the material on the pages. Their efforts are to be applauded. 

The challenge then for most is to get that information into people's hands. Getting targetted traffic to the site is a huge endeavor. And then once the learner gets to the site... well, most of the sites only offer the learner one or two chances to really study the material presented.
 
This situation doesn't really help English learners very much. There must be a better way...

A better way is coming...  

The English Test Site is in the process of setting up a much better system. And we need your help.

We will be coming out with a system where those who really need to learn English for free will be able to. And in order to do this in the most cost effective way, we are hoping some of you will be so kind as to donate the materials you have already created.

We will reward you for donating any materials.
